It's your life and no one else knows you like you.

You might have become lost during your addiction and now find that recovery is like meeting yourself again! Because you'll be living your life like you never embraced it before, putting your recovery first may take some effort. We find that most successful people regularly go to meetings, therapy, do some soul work, engage in our workshops, meditation, re-integrate into family life, and finally, find purpose in passion-driven work or school. It's as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. Along the way, self-care becomes something that has to be incorporated into the day. Some sober livings like ours offer experiences in yoga, art and equine therapy, and literature-based workshops.
