The Ropes Course


Who stands by your side when you are afraid? Do you believe someone will be there for you? We take self-belief and try to directly connect it to our sisterhood network on the ropes course. We hope that the ropes can offer positive self-esteem because we learn that we matter to others when we are being positively coached by others.

During recovery, self-esteem is affected by involvement in physical activities and self-confidence will vary as fears are faced. The Ropes affects their ability to accept help and give help. An individual's self-confidence can start using these strengths that may be gained to cope with life challenges.
